Northern Springs

Northern Colorado Springs is a vast and growing area with more and more single/multi family properties being built and with that comes the support of new commercial opportunities coming alongside to include hotels, restaurants, shopping and a slew of other retail and office space to accommodate the residential growth.  To the west are the mountains, to the south is Ft. Carson, to the north is the Air Force Academy, so the growth we are seeing is in the east, southeast and mainly in the Northern Colorado Springs areas!  Beautiful views, spacious lots and a little distance between your neighbors is a wonderful draw to the areas.  Areas such as Cordera, Flying Horse, The Farm, Wolf Ranch, Briargate, North Creek and many more offer larger, newer homes with great shopping/dining/movie theaters and other entertainment options close by plus golfing!
