Change is definitely in the air and we are celebrating our 25th year in real estate with a new team.  Jill McFeron’s “Home Team” is hitting the ground running, late this Fall.  We are very excited to serve our clients with more professionalism, stellar service and offer the utmost care and diligence.   After consistently selling 60+ properties per year and having growing pains, it is time to bring on more staff. 

Jennifer Nelson will be our licensed assistant to help with all things after the property goes under contract and customer care.  We'll add Ella McFeron as our pre-listing expert and she is licensed in Colorado and Texas.  She will also handle both MLS’s (Denver and Springs) and social media.  I will still be the one driving furiously down Woodmen, Meridian, Black Forest, and Hodgen Roads!  All to offer our clients the best care we can.  We are looking at several possible sites and will keep you posted.

Now, onto the Fall market – Under $300k pretty much anywhere in El Paso County is a 14 day supply.  No, you didn’t misread that.  2 weeks.  When you go higher in price, more days on the market but average is a 56 days on market.  The prices aren’t edging up like earlier in the year but we need to take a breath.  Buyers want to perceive value so nothing has changed there.
