I am Jill McFeron and I have been a real estate professional assisting home buyers and sellers in the Pikes Peak region for sixteen years. I sell in the Colorado Springs and its surrounding areas of Monument, Black Forest, Falcon, and Peyton. I am a member in good standing in the Pikes Peak Board of Realtors, the Denver Metro Board including Elbert and Douglas Counties, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Assocation of Realtors. I am also an Accredited Buyer Agent (ABR), a Graduation of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Certified Realtor Specialist (CRS). I have consistently been a top producing broker in my area and have been the top listing broker in the surrounding area of Black Forest for fourteen of the past sixteen years (information provided by the local MLS). For the past three years, I have been in the top five of the 270+ realtors associated with Re/Max Properties.
I was born and raised in Big Lake, Texas (Reagan County), home of the Permian Basin oilfields and sheep and cattle ranches. This is where my great grandfather settled after arriving from Germany after the U.S. Civil War. My family continues to ranch sheep and cattle in the area. I graduated from Reagan County Schools, attended Texas Tech University (Lubbock, Texas), pledged Kappa Alpha Theta, and graduated from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas with master's work back at Texas Tech University. After graduation, I moved to California where I lived in Pacific Grove (Monterey Bay) for five years. My husband and our two children have lived in the Springs area for 16 years. We have really enjoyed Colorado and what it has to offer.
I take my profession very seriously and take pride in my service to others. I simply love what I do and I think it shows!
I look forward to working with you and hope my website provides an insight to the Springs area.
